Senior Awards Night

The 2023 Senior Awards Night will be on Wednesday, May 17th at 6PM in the school gym. If you will be receiving a recognition, award, or scholarship at the ceremony, you/your parent(s) were mailed a formal invitation at your home address in the last couple of weeks, but all seniors and their families are welcome to attend the celebration.

Note: There have already been a couple of instances of lost mail. Please email Mrs. Ponssen if you are still wondering if you have been sent an invitation.

The Washington High School Class of 2022 Senior Awards Night was held on Wednesday, May 25th at 6 PM in the school gymnasium. It was a joyous celebration. Students, congratulations on over 5,000 hours of your diligence, perseverance, academic integrity and achievements, extracurricular activities, community service, leadership, and teamwork!

If you were not able to attend the event, please contact Mrs. Ponssen to pick up your award and pick up a program in the College and Career Center.

Please note that the Presidential Gold Award for Academic Excellence (for students with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above across 7 semesters) can be picked up at Senior Check-out on June 3rd. For those students who earned the California Seal of Biliteracy, it will be on your diploma when you receive it on graduation day at the Tak Stadium.
