In this course, we explore the best ways to optimize your health potential. You will learn the most recent data on the prevalence of diseases and disorders and how adopting healthier habits can protect you from serious health problems. Sometimes it takes time before changes become great and fun new habits start to feel quite rewarding. There is clear scientific evidence that the habits you adopt right now as young and healthy teenager will reward you as you age. The reward is simple, you will have less of a chance of developing debilitating disease that often plague most senior adults. Some examples of these disabling diseases are diabetes, osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases, some cancers cause by smoking and vaping, COPD, addictions and memory dysfunctions. You will develop interesting new ways of thinking historically through critical analysis of primary and secondary sources. You will also become an expert in crafting interpretations for evaluation purposes.
